Cox is an elementary school site located in East Oakland at the intersection of 98th Avenue & Bancroft. The immediate area is fairly residential with public transportation available, as well as Verdese Carter Park just across street on 98th Avenue. The site is currently being shared between an OUSD program - Reach Academy, and a Charter program - Education for Change at Cox Elementary.
