The Cesar Chavez campus is located in the Fruitvale District on International Boulevard @ 29th Avenue, and hosts two elementary school programs. The site is adjacent to a branch of BART tracks and some warehouse developments, but for the most part its surroundings are an equal mix of commercial and residential uses. The facilities at this location are newly constructed, and include a baseball field and full-size soccer field, both turf.
