The Bond Street facility is a recently closed adult education center located a the intersection of 45th Avenue and Bond Street, just south of Fremont High School. The site is very close to both High Street and Foothill Boulevard, which offer a selection of commercial outlets, including a large grocery store at the corner where they intersect. The greater surroundings north of International Boulevard are primarily residential, with a public library branch and a municipal pool within 3 blocks. Beyond International Boulevard to the south, the area becomes heavily industrial with warehouses, storage facilities, and manufacturing.
