This site, located on High Street between San Leandro Avenue and I-880, is in use by OUSD's Facilities Planning & Management department. It is surrounded by a mix of warehouses, storage yards, and a limited amount of commercial sites, manufacturing, and housing. The area is accessible from I-880 by car, by buses that run along International Boulevard, or by BART which has a station at Fruitvale Avenue half a mile to the north-west.
